Adriano did a wonderful job for us when we both purchased a condo and sold our house. Upon meeting us he thought we might like the area we eventually purchased our condo in. He thought it would work for us given our stage in life. Turns out we love the area. Lots of Greenspace a short walk to shopping and services and great public transit. Our home was listed, staged and sold very quickly at a price that reflected true market value. During both the buying and selling process Adriano was upfront, honest and quick to respond. He's also very hard-working. He really knows the market. We wouldn't consider anyone else but Adriano should we require real estate services at a future date.
